Usually I just have to avoid narrower halls during my shift. I’m technically allowed to use those magic disguise boxes of yours to make size more manageable, but then balance becomes an issue. Seriously, how do you scavengers stay upright?

Have you had any trouble being a dragon in HQ with how the design of the place favors humanoids a lot?

Though, according to Penny -- the dramaturg, and she never has her notes when I need them -- she chose the Earth Kingdom specifically to highlight the purity double standards under, uh, Confucianism, something something girls had to be virtuous in Chinese culture, and Earth Kingdom is basically Qing Dynasty China... something something A Dream of Red Mansions influencing the set design of Leonato's house. But you really don't need to know the setting inside out to audition! That's what rehearsals are for!

((I think it'll probably also be post-Ozai, pre-Korra, too, so it might be more advanced than what's seen onscreen during Aang's time. But the setting was picked because A:TLA is more familiar to HQ denizens than the average Asian historical drama steeped in Confucianism.

The real reason beyond that is because it would be funny to pit Jacques and LSY against one another as Benedick and Beatrice.))

But I know absolutely nothing about Avatar: The Last Airbender or the Earth Kingdom either. That's yet another fandom I have no knowledge of and might not have time to find out about because there are already a longish list of fandoms That I'm in. Not to say that I'm not interested, but I don't have all the time in the world.

My opinion on Twipires? I don't think I have one, honestly... They are what they are. They're part of their established canon, where they make sense in context. Not sure they count as Sues, really, not in their own universe. If one of the major characteristics of a Sue is that they are better than everyone else, but there are a bunch of characters in the universe that have the same kind of power level, is any of them really a Sue? I honestly don't know. I just don't think about sparklepires enough to have the energy to hate them, I guess. There are enough uncanon Sues to worry about.

Removing any of them from their context, I guess you end up with someone really annoying, though. And tough to kill. Not that, uh, I support killing your partner. That's not... what I'm suggesting.
