I did see the post, but I can barely remember what was in it, so... yeah. Refresh my memory, please?

So, when Matt posted on the Board about the Canons knowing about PPC, I asked some questions about specific characters. Now, I don't do this for the sake of 'speshulness' but because it feels logic to me. It will also have to be adressed when I begin to write missions inside these characters' verses (Something I already started with my first mission, still in writing.). Sorry if I look obnoxious or anything, but I would like to have the opinion of the people who could read my post about it before the shutdown. If you want I repeat my opinions and arguments here I'd be glad to do it.

Dresden Files: The Archive, a young girl (during the series) with perfect knowledge of anything ever written in her mind, plus memories of precedents Archives. Would know about PPC the very moment a charge list is written. It's the 1488th thing not allowed inside PPC, but I remembered after beginning writing. Besides, that also means instant knowledge of any DF canon material used for exorcisms, so... She can 'erase' knowledge which only remains inside this mind, but I guess PPC awareness would have slipped off.
Persona: Velvet Room, a construct room inside the Collective Uncoscious of mankind, but linked to the protagonist(s)' minds. Unique to each person, attendants included. Only constant person, Igor, personified Creepy Good serving the embodiement of the good inside mankind. These people have an inisde's vew on the protagonist(s)' mind, and know when something don't have the complete psyche needed for a Persona. And to quote them: "Nothing happens inside the Velvet Room without any reason." Would know that glitterbags inside the Room aren't up to no good, and see through SEP Fields, since it's their own pocket dimension. I think they could still be neuralized, though.
Bonus content: Personaverse's 'gods', embodiement of a one thought of mankind, like grief or desire to die. Your opinion.
Is it exhaustive enough?
Ivy (who's not that young these days) knows anything that gets written down - but that doesn't mean she knows its significance. I don't think the following would mean anything to her, let alone revealing the inner workings of the PPC:
-Bad grammar.
-No concept of spelling.
-Throwing Dresden OOC.
-REALLY bad grammar.
She might notice anything that talked about characters she knows, and send a message to them - but by the time it got there, the mission would have ended and the whole Word World would've folded back into the main canon.
Knowing about canon material is a good point, though. That would have to be dealt with by either:
-Invoking the SEP field - this is a pretty valid use of it.
-Invoking 'characters forget the story after it's over' and just ignoring her when she's not in the story - it's not like she's going to come after you!
-Hunting her down and neuralysing her, after taking the books away.
-Not taking books into canon. There's other types of exorcism, y'know.

Guess I was overthinking this. I'll keep that in mind for the moment Ivy get dragged along in a badfic (it will happen someday.), and keep SEP use for when she's not involved.
