SIELU seems like a pretty specialized department, what do you do when there aren't enough fics to keep you busy? Do you ever get called in for other languages? Don't think we have a group for Huttese or Mando'a, so you lot seem like the most qualified candidates.

Aelis: I'm just surprised it didn't happen earlier. She was too sore to get out of bed for a day and a half after they were done.

Ava: So worth it.

Aelis: You missed a pretty interesting mission, though, and I know you love a challenge!

Aviator: "Pretty simple, honestly. My old partner and I had a Sue who could turn into any kind of big cat. Including a loin."

Zeb: winces

Aviator: "So what about you?"

Zeb: "...Honestly, after hearing that, I can't think of anything to top it."

This is the first I've heard of any such ship, but I'd be more than happy to take a look at another piece of Homeworld tech! Hit me up whenever, I even sleep at my desk in DoSAT.

Best part by far is being able to fall asleep with Fwai cuddled up against me in bed, and then waking up next to her in the mornings. And, you know, not feeling the insatiable urge to drink her blood at all times. That part's nice.

The worst part is definitely how... weak I feel. I miss being able to lift several tons without straining for it, and right now I get tired out just by sword fighting practice for a few minutes. I'm just so much weaker than I'm used to being, and I worry about my inability to protect my wife, you know?

What was the funniest thing the Word World did in a badfic?

...It's zombies. I know, I know, I married a vampire, but there's always been something so fascinating about zombies to me. They don't really feel like a monster to me so much as a force of nature. Really great for post-apocalyptic stories. Ever read The Zombie Survival Guide? The Forest of Hands and Teeth? Yeah. Stuff like that. Good stuff.
