I noticed that it's completely unclear that, for subforum organization purposes, if you put a tag on a certain post in a thread, it applies to the entire thread. So, I changed the code so that, if a parent of the post you're writing has a tag, you won't have the option to apply that tag again, since it's completely redundant and takes up a database row.
