It's a theory. If we are, I wish a frostbite for their evil little fingers, Legendary Badfic for their mind and a plague of fangirls.
I vote we also send a copy of Beethoven's Third Concerto, PPC edition. -

I mean, what's the point? If someone's upset at being PPCd, you'd think their first reaction would be an angry rant, and THEN spamming when they realise we aren't going to be hurt by it. But there hasn't been anyone.
It's not as though we're going to be urged into an apology; the only result is that we might move elsewhere (ie, here). So what?
Unless they're doing it just for kicks, of course. Can't understand that sort of person... sigh
But I'm suspicious, too. -

Speaking of which, would it count as Sueism if my agents were to accidentally pick up an Object in the course of an execution, when they realise the only way to safely get away from the Holder is to pass its test? The entire series is in second-person, so technically there is no canon Seeker whose canon life-story could be damaged, but they damn sure wouldn't be looking for the rest of the things - they'd have to portal back into the Holders canon and find an actual Seeker to pawn it off onto. But the things can't just be handed over, they have to be "won", so they'd also have fun thinking up some ridiculously humiliating and hysterically funny thing the Seeker would have to do to get it ...

I rather like that idea. A new story to break up the Holders series would be nice, too-- my main issue with the Holders is that there are way too many and they ended up being much of the same, so I am in favor of an actual story for one of them.
Be ruthless in figuring out what troubles the Seeker should overcome/tape the outcome and hold a screening for other agents?
P.S. if you liked the Holders, check out the SCP series? Paranormal objects and government coverup, hooray! -

"What's in that box?"
"What box?"
"The one you're hiding behind your back." sniff "Why can I smell ultimate evil?"
"You can smell that?"
"I did work for a Lead Villain, you know."
Wonder what a couple of bored teenage girls would make someone do to win an object of ultimate evil power which they didn't want anymore ... maybe they could just sell it on Ebay? Going through the stupid bidding war is enough of a trial.
Which Object do you think they should use? Holder of the End is well-known because it's the first one, fairly simple to defeat and still kills you in an unpleasant manner if you screw it up, which a /b/tard troll undoubtedly would because they only pay attention to the Yiff In Hell thing. -
