GAH!
the stories read like actual pirate yarns. So I'm thinking it's somewhat of a troll. Or if not, then it's a creative way of presenting a fanfic.
As I understand it, a troll is someone who spams a forum with unwanted posts, or writes deliberately bad 'fics just to provoke a reaction. This one looks like a straightforward parody/humour to me. So why "troll"?

Sorry for not realizing this sooner.
... why would they be? They're not written to annoy, as far as I can see. The spelling and grammar and such seem to be quite good. The only reason you could class them as trollish rather than humour or parody is that five of them don't list either of those as their genres.
My understanding is that a trollfic is designed to trick people into thinking it's an unintentionally awful fic by someone who can't write, thus annoying the readers and amusing (somehow) the author. Now, if there were a vast community of writers about a well-spoken Pirate Puddleglum, then the accented version could be considered a troll, being deliberate misunderstanding of what it means for him to be a pirate. But (I sincerely hope) there isn't. So I'm still not sure how they qualify as trolls.

A fairly good-natured one, maybe. Mostly harmless. :P I laughed in spite of myself.
Pirate Bob. shakes head People do the strangest things.
And I think we can let him be, unless he starts harassing other users.
He certainly shows more intelligence and wit than the average troll (even though that's not really saying much), which is a nice change.
Pirates. I love it.
A very well done one, I have to say. admiring the work
More interesting than the average one.
