He's more infamous for his original comics (which borrow so heavily from everything else that they may as well just be fanfiction), but he started out by writing fanfiction. Since this was circa 1995-1997 or so and he has since abandoned fanfiction, it's not too hard to see why he'd become a bit obscure (in fact, it's more likely that everybody who reads these stories today do so because they found him through one of his great many webcomics). Anyway, his stories have a certain... je-ne-sais-quoi to them. They're highly disjointed, poorly structured, have no respect whatsoever for any canon they draw from, tenuous continuity, and everything pretty much revolves around his blatant self-insert author avatar of David "Davey Crockett" Kintobor. Grim sights, to be sure.
